the galloway

( is it a dog? is it a cow? no, it's a shaggy scottish galloway cow i took a picture of on my journey around scotland last year in autumn.)

Жанна Агузарова и Браво - Ленинградский рок-н-ролл

( i found this awesome song doing a russia-mixtape for a friend. the singer's name is zhanna aguzarova, whose irreverent style and eccentricity made a symbol of individuality and dissent. aguzarova was insolent in the face of the oppressive regime, but her voice, full of longing and romanticism, thrilled millions of fans. )

krakowskie mury (1)

( i found them all last summer in kazimierz, a quarter of cracow, which was home to a jewish community from the fourteenth century until the second world war, and which is now a pretty cool lifestyle quarter with lots of bars and restaurants.. )
